Is there any difference b/w Intel i5 2400 & i5 2500....

Is there any need of GPU as there is no Gaming & does the integrated graphics will not suffice my need?

Yeah the Intel HD2000 will suffice for watching HD movies. :)

The difference between the two are that the i5 2400 is clocked @ 3.1GHz whereas the i5 2500 is clocked @ 3.3GHz.

Speakers Altec Lansing 2.1 VS2621 1650

Still exceeds your budget by~20% for your needs. Went for a 3*1TB drives for reliability sakes. Else you can get 2TB+1TB for ~ 6.7k and save some cash there.

If you already have a speaker, DVD R/W, KB+Mouse from the older rig you can save some cash there too.

The Intel mobo has 4DIMM slots. So that should be covered.

Recommended the CM GX450 since the Corsair VX450 is hard to find these days and the Seasonic S12II 430w is not available in Delhi IINM. If you are open to online purchase then it is not an issue.
