CPU/Mobo Need Advice

So i am looking to change my processor and RAm as my PC keeps freezing when working with Xmind, my notes are very huge and I need something can allow me to acces Xmind maps without any triuble and with lightning fast speed

So here are my spec
I already have the following installed
Motherboard is Biostar TA970XE Ver. 5.x
Seagate 1 TB HDD
4 GB DDR3 1600 RAM
Phenom II 55 3.2Ghz

Now i am thinking of changing the processor and adding an SSD + adding more RAM, my budget is 20,000, can anyone please give some recommendations as to which would be the best CPU + RAM + SSD to get a fast enough PC to access my Xmind Maps without the annoying freezing problem

I don't know how much a cpu upgrade will do for xmind as i'm not familiar with the program.
However, a bump in ram and adding an ssd should fix it.
for ram add another 4 or 8gb stick of ddr3 from corsair or kingston.
for ssd the most recommended one is samsung 850 evo otherwise the crucial bx100 if your on a tight budget.
