https://www.tagmytaxi.com there is a ready-made solution with lots of features, i will start with this initially as a start-up.
If business idea succeeds go for customized app solution.

I know the dev team for https://www.orbit.taxi and they license the tech out as well. If its something similar you're looking for then I can connect you with them. The team is based in Bangalore. From what I understand about their tech its fundamentally a last-mile service ecosystem and with some tweaks it can be used in a variety of use cases like ola, swiggy, etc.
