need basic phone for 2.5 to 3k for niece

i am planning to get a new phone for 13 yr old niece.

the phone needs to have big keys, big screen, easy to use and able to play mp3, have a memory card (optional) , basic vga camera, bluetooth, etc.

any good suggestions

nokia 2700 goes a bit over budget. need to stick to 2.5 - 3k if possible.
