need cell phone max 12k

You should go for Nokia 3600s at Rs. 10069. Its an superb phone... camera quality is excellent. and music is dam good.. the best phone to buy.. its 3.2 mega pixel with auto flash the pic from this is equilent to digi cam... go for this phone ... don think..thanks to nokia.. it beats all other phones in this range.. no competetion for this phone in this range...thanks to nokia.
