need cheap tablet for browsing & reading ebooks

which should i get for browsing & reading ebooks?

* Don't need 3G

* screen should render text crisp so its easier to read. hence would prefer IPS displays

* Don't care about OS or apps

budget around 15k

Ideally a tablet with 4:3 screen for the ebooks. If you can, a HP Touchpad. Else get a Kindle Fire or the new Nook Tablet. Both should fit in right.
