    • CPU - AMD Phenom X2 II 550 3.1GHz
    • Motherboard - GA-MA-74GMT-S2
    • GPU - XFX Nividia 9500 GT 1 GB DDR3
    • RAM - Transcend + Kingstone (2 GB + 2 GB ) DDR3 @1333 MHz
    • HDD - 1 TB Internal Segate SATA 2
    • Monitor - Samsung 22" LCD
    • PSU - Forgot exact model, some gold edition, took around 2500-2700 INR
    • Razer Deathadder 2013 Mouse
    • Microsoft Wireless Desktop 800
    • APC 650 VA UPS
    • Altec lancing 2.1 Speakers
    • WD Black 2.5 TB External HDD

also, HDD wont be needed, I already have it and intend to keep
any R7 250 (5300) - which component is this ?
 
R7 250 is an AMD graphics card! since you are into photoshop and all your system will benefit with a better GPU. Also don't you have any internal HDD?? If you intend on getting one get a 120GB SSD for your main boot drive and continue using your 2.5TB external with it! Also for the motherboard GA 970A DS3 give MDComputers Kolkata a call. If they don't have it they can atleast try to arrange it for you!

Yes I have 1 TB Internal, sorry forgot to mention.
Also, my pc boots in 10-20 seconds, do not need additional SSD I think.
Adding a Better G Card will improve rendering ?

sure. those apps support open cl/cuda acceleration and will be benefited from an amd/nvidia gpu. i suggest to get amd gpu as it has far better open cl performance.

Asus Sabertooth 990 FX Rev 2.0
AMD 8350 Black Edition 4.0 GHz
Corssair Vengance 4 GB x 2

Waiting to buy a G Card, any suggestions ?

congrats. :)
you can get hd 7790 at 9.8k .
you could have gone for a 10k mobo to get a better gpu which will yield more open cl performance. will be useful in adobe photoshop and other apps which uses open cl.

I guess could buy evo or cheaper, but the military technology that ensures mobo will be safe and sound, gives me immense peace
