Need Fan for Kitchen - Not Exhaust Fan -

Hello all.
The Festive season begins and The Kitchen is the busiest place in the household.

My Mother has to suffer the hot kitchen with the stoves burning most of the time.
Though the ceiling fan is present, it is rarely used as it suppresses the flame of the stoves.

I wanted to give her a personal fan that she can use in this situation.
Was pleased with Crompton AirBuddy but is is not available anywhere.

What kind of fan so you guys have in your kitchen?
Any other suggestion for a such a fan to help me out?

You can try wall mount fan something like this for focusing a specific area.
