Need FUP-less plan in West Delhi

Hi all!

I live near Moti Nagar in West Delhi and am tired of my current ISP's customer service dealings. Moreover, he isnt sure if he is going to continue his service next month or not. So I am thinking of changing ISP for the 3rd time!

Currently I am on FUP-less 1mbps plan for Rs1300 a month. Do you know of any around my area that will offer for the same or less?

Thanks! :)

I had that and it was pretty damn horrible. Their customer service was amazingly rude and didnt solve my complaint for months! Not to forget their horrible ad injections that cannot be stopped. I was so appalled I basically dont even bother to pay their bills anymore.

Has anyone used tata? (http://tatatelenterprise.com/broadband/broadband-truly-unlimited-plans.html) They have a 1mbps FUP-less plan listed there.

Also how are reliance's thunder plans? At the price point they seem too good to be true

Neither does Hathway.

Any opinions on reliance? I have called them up to setup a connection.

I am using reliance in gurgaon.Downtimes are common but not that bad.Customer service is good enough. But the best part is no FUP.I am getting 2Mbps in 699.

thanks for your reply :)
How common are the downtimes? How long do they usually last? And what is usually the problem? Is it from your side or theirs?

Minor ones average 3-4 times a week and last less than 10 mins.Major ones occur once in about 2-3 months but get resolved in a day.Its usually at their side. What helps is that my neighbour and i use same plan and its very rare that both connections are down.
