PC Peripherals need guide line on psu corsair gs 600.

friends yesteday i bougth an corsair gs 600 and now installed on my new upgrade but before starting the pc one question wanted to ask.

i have an ups of startech 600va one and gs 600 has a power cord like what an laptop charging cord is . so shoud i directly connect it to the ups + my ups is dead in back up but our area light goes rarely so what should i do ?
and if i should use ups or i will have to arrange on converter for the gs 600 power cord like we have one for laptop charging cord...

pls help.....

If your UPS is dead in backup, then why are you unnecessary wasting electricity in routing all your PC connections through it ?

If you do not have any electricity failure in your area & your UPS battery is dead, then it is advisable to remove the UPS & instead use a Belkin strip with a surge protector to connect all the PC components

right now i am bank crrupt and so wanted to know if for some day it fund rises , can i use it as an safety unit and not for backup thing...
and can any one give me a good belkin model ....
