Need Headphones

I am in search for a budget headphones, which is beneficial for travelling and which blocks the external noise, especially during travel through Mumbai Locals.. I lost my bundled Nokia headphone.. One of my friend had suggested me Creative's EP 630. have heard that its too bassy.. A headphone which is balanced is preferred
Kindly, suggest one ASAP !
Budget : 500-700 preferred.

They add more weight looks like.. Carrying would be an issue ..... I would prefer an In-ear headphone
