PSU/SMPS - Corsair CX400(not really sure about this ,as it is 400w but the 5770 system requirements say it needs at least a 450w psu:S)

Key Board+Mouse - Logitech SET - Optical Blk Mouse+ MMKB

ODD - L.G. GH22NS50 OEM SATA DVD-Writer

Motherboard : GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P (6,500) *Not yet finalised, might opt for something cheaper but supporting DDR3*
Hard Disk : Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 1TB (3,475)
RAM : G-Skill 2*2GB DDR3 RAM (5,500)
GFX Card : Sapphire Radeon HD5770 1GB DDR5 (9,500)
PSU : Corsair VX450w (3,800)

Display DELL 20" s2009w 6.5k

MotherBoard Gigabyte785GMT US2H 5.5k

HardDisk go for 500gb Seagate or WD 2.3k (I heard that the 1tb ones are buggy and keep crashing )

P.S. dont use the wireless combo keyboards

same budget !

my build !

cpu + mobo = phenom ii x2 555 + ga ma785gmt-us2h @ 9600

screen = 22" aoc @ 7300 but you get benq g2220hd @ 7350 it's better .

speakers alte lansing vs2621 2.1 @ 1620

case + psu = cooler master 335 + 1 blue led fan @ 2100 and gigabyte 460w @ 2200

hp odd @ 1150

ram 2gb ddr3 @ 2650 but you get 2x2gb ddr3 1333mhz kingston @ 5200

gpu : 5770 hd hawk @ 9400

500gb seagate @ 2000 get 1tb seagate @ 3300

keyboard+mouse both usb kit = gigabyte @ 650

total about 38k mine and 41k yours

btw my x2 555 batch 1004apmw unlocked to x4 running at 3.0 ghz with vcore down to 1.825 and temp around 62-63C at full load
