Need help choosing a good gaming mobo

Hi,
I need help in identifying a good Motherboard for Gaming. Pls advice Asus or other makes with Mumbai price & if possible dealer contact nos.
I have already finalised the following :-
1. CPU Intel Core Duo2 E6300
2. MSI X1900XTX PCI-E 512MB DDR3 Video card
3. 1GB DDR2-667 RAM - I need to buy 1GB more - Pls advice
I Already have :-
1. Samsung 17" 765MB monitor (Flat-Magic Bright)
2. Creative Home Theatre
3. Creative Audigy Sound card
4. 300GB Seagate SATA
 
Please mention a budget you've reserved for your board, so members can accordingly give relevant suggestions! :)

Also mention what you need as in crossfire, overclocking or just a basic simple board.
