Hello all,
I like to take apart my tech stuff and look inside it. If any repair comes up then I would just do it myself. an year back I bought this screwdriver form amazon for cheap. https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B09T69T9VX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Now I have lost some screws from it and it does not have all the screws that I would need (Looking at you ps4 with the T9 screw heads.).
I tried browsing through amazon but I am not sure which one to purchase, some are cheaper and offer more screwheads while some are expensive and offer less screwheads, I do not know much about screwdrivers and not sure how to decide on one.
So suggest me some screwdriver kit for electronic devices.
budget is under 1k.
also open to F2F deals from bangalore if available.

Go to SP road, you can find your jackly kit easily in one of the shops.

Hey Thanks for your time. Unfortunately, I prefer to buy one online, I am not much aware of screwdriver kits. So, If I go to SP road, I am sure that I would be upsold by the shopkeeper.

Magnet strength also matters. And grip.
I am also using jackly, Bought it long time back on ebay. I still use it because i can manage with it (and lazy to look for replacement), but stronger magnet would be nice to keep screws from falling. In my case, i only use 1 or 2 heads so rest are just showpieces.

all you need is a strong enough magnet to magnetize the bits. I used a magnet from an old hard disk to magnetize the corsair screwdriver which came with my corsair A500 cooler (was not magnetic out of the box). It can now hold a spanner as demonstrated. use a weaker magnet or fewer rubs to get your desired results.

Jackly is trash. I have one and if the factory default screws are tightened too much, these bits deform when trying to rotate the screws. 2-3 of the Philips bits in my set went bad due to this.

i have been using this kit for almost 3 years and believe , it hasn't let me down.Has all kinds of drivers. There is no chipping to any of the bits so far.
Hello @Mubarak_Gull , Thanks for your suggestion, But I have gone ahead and purchased another one. You can find a detailed comment about it in one of my posts about the ps4 teardown.
