BTW, got the reply from him on FB as well as in PM.. He said that he was gone to his village for one month (I must stand and clap that he could live for one month without internet

I case #imkaush or #chiragsthakur you are planning to go to his home this weekend, I guss you should skip this time.

Guys im not a member who will run away with anybody's money...im a very old member here...and have a descent trader rating...I accept that it was my mistake not informing Ashvary n leaving to my village..it was damn urgent and had to leave on emergency basis....I have apologised for the same...returned back on 2nd Feb at night...

#Neo-N Thanxx for the explaining in detail. Well filing a case is the last option I would seek for. But, can consumer court help in anyway.. We learned back in school that counsumer court is much easier deal and decision is rapid.
BTW, had messaged him in Facebook also after a kind member shared in FB link via PM
