Camera need help for compact camera..

guys needed your help in selecting a good compact camera within 7k.. for my mom

Uses: taking photos while touring and movie recording.. nothing action packed
Need good clarity and HD recording of videos is preferred..

Choices so far
1. Nikon coolpix s3100
2. Canon powershot a3200
3. sony cybershot w520

any others?

How about Panasonic Lumix DMC - LS5

Price Rs. 4,800 on ebay. Almost same features like Nikon coolpix s3100, but less price.
