Need help for setting up cc tv dvr internet connection

There was some compliant in my cctv set up and the DVR was the culprit. So after some repairs in the DVR by the seller the connection with the internet is lost and I think the setting is gone. The local person who did it earlier is not available. It is CP plus 4 channel. Can somebody help? I am willing to compensate for the help. This cctv system is used in my office and is working good with recording.
