I want to repair motherboard and it's not possible to get repaired in my city because nobody able to change CPU socket and its only possible in Nehru Place. The People who live near to Nehru Place may be they can help me. I will pay the repair amount and the shipping charges . Only preferred members.

MOB: Asus P5W-DH- Deluxe
Chipset: 975X
Socket: LGA-775
 
IIRC someone here did a socket replacement (LGA 775 IINM) for bent pins on a board and they charged him somewhere around 700-800 INR. I don't recall the exact details but I read it somewhere on the forums.

Why don't you give them a call/send an email and find out? If they are willing to, you can send them the board and pay for the return shipping along with the socket replacement charges. They may oblige.

I have to go to NP on Saturday for some work in Asus Service Center, Digicomp Solutions !!

I have called them and asked about your query, they said 775 socket can be replaced @ 500rs with 1 month warranty but will take 10-12 days.

If you can ship it to me till friday, then I can give that for repair.

Today I call Prime AGB they said sorry we don't do the repairing works.
haris5sani Thanks for the help, but I can't ship this week. I just come back home and leaving in early morning. I will ship the board once I back and whenever you get the time please help me out :).
