Need Help from Mumbai Guys.

I will be going to mumbai this month, and as it turns out(unfortunately) will need a place to crash for two nights (Friday and Saturday).

Trouble is ...i cant spent much on hotel rooms....

Any Generous members from mumbai willing to give me some space for two nights ?

Or if can suggest some good but not so expensive place to stay ?

Minimum requirements are :

Place to sleep at night.

Bathroom to shower.

Loo to answer nature's call.

Charging plug to charge phone at night .

Thats almost it.

Any members from mumbai feeling generous :p ... please reply. It will be a huge favor. :D

Any help will be really really appreciated

Dates - 14-15 (friday and saturday), October, 2011

mention place of visit in mumbai and budget. so can recomend place nearby for stay.

matunga has some cheap lodges to crash at. and good food at good prices.
 
I dont know actually, having never gone there to stay. :p

But will ask around and let you know. Another advantage of the place is that its close to all three lines, Western, Central and Harbour.

You might want to be a little more specific on your location. Transit in Mumbai can be a complete pita if you're not used to it. You might want to give location as 2nd priority.
 
Dude unless you dont tell us in which area you will be having any purpose of visit, we really cant help.

Else it will be like- you wanna visit colaba and we might recommend you borivali or virar... which makes no sense for a newbie in mumbai even though theres hell lot of transport available...

The location doesnt matter at all. Near Borivali sounds good too. All i care is a decent location with affordable hotels/guesthouses.

Budget - As less as possible. Dont need any fancy stuff.

Commuting wont be a problem, i will be doing some sightseeing anyways :p

i stayed in mulund for a couple of days.. had gone for the same ";)" reason :p

i stayed at hotel pride.. rate was @2k per night.. else there was a not so great guest house nearby @1.4k / night..

Andheri and borivali .... ( i have no idea if these are good/non-shady areas...please suggest :p).
