Hi folks,
Got a problem with my BSNL broadband connection. The local phone exchange is around 1.5 kms from my home. Still then the Attenuation (dB): 35.0(Up) 21.6(Down) is too high for me .
I checked with 4 different modems but still I get Attenuation the same.No improvements.
Out of your experience it would be helpful, if you could suggest some ideas to get this stupid attenuation down.
Was just going thorugh net about some article, which I though maybe useful to folks:
The graph indicates the potential connection speed obtainable for ADSL2+ based on your distance from the local phone exchange, using an ADSL2+ compatible modem/router:
