Need Help hosting CS 1.6 Dedicated Server

I have done port forwarding for my Dlink DSL-502T Router but when i try to connect to my actual IP, I Get....

Why Am I Getting this Error?
Need help in solving this....

@Varz, use ur LAN IP to connect to server

i checked with utorrent and it says that 27015 is open...

close utorrent or run server on some other port like 27016

make sure no other application is using that port

nobody is able to connect because your game & server are using same port ie. 27015

forward these port 1200 27015 then all can see ur server and all can join enjoy
