Need help in building this circuit

I am a biker who routinely goes to tours with his better half. On long journey, we ofter face problem of communication, and usually at the end, we have varying cases of sour throat because of shouting!:)

I got this circuit diagram from net, free to use for personal use. It's basicallly a box that connects two hands frees to communicate with each other. But I am only literate in electronics, so am not confident whether I'll be able to build this unit myself.

Can someone guide me where can I get this done in pune/mumbai OR guide me how I can do it?
 
Please do show a diagram/steps for the circuit. Even I maybe interested in doing it, if the instructions are clear. Getting bored of sitting at home with nothing to do :p
 
Bumping an old thread of mine, which I idiotically forgot to check :frusty:

I need to get this circuit, which will help me communicating with the pillion when I ride the motorcycle.

Please help/point places in Mumbai/Pune where I can get this done.
