Hi can you suggest me a washing machine with budget around 25k. i am in 3rd floor and head over tank is directly on top of me.

LG and Samsung brands are good...heard they provide 5-10 yrs warranty on motors...prefer those brands..
 
I think you will have issues with water pressure for front load machines. I have bought 7KG LG top load last year and satisfied with it. Model number is 8067TEELR.
 
Only front loader that can handle an over head just above is LG. But 25k is too less.

look at top loaders.
