PC Peripherals Need help in choosing Motherboard and Graphics card

hello friends,
i am planning to build a core i7 920 system for which i got all spec support from you guys. Now i am confused between choosing the Asus P6T deluxe and Asus P6T deluxe V2. Whats the difference between the 2.
Also help me choose a good ATi 5870 graphics card. Help me choose a good brand. by the way, my total build budget is 80k.
Also which cabinet HAF 922 or 932 is better.
 
V2 board supports 24GB RAM whereas non V2 supports 12GB

V2 board can support 2000-1800Mhz RAM O.C, while in non V2 supports RAM up to 1600 O.C.

Sapphire is a good brand in ATi graphics line

For Cabinets my personal choice these days is Lian Li A71F
