need Help in Head Phone and Ear Phone

Hi Guys,

I live in Chennai and planning to opt the Head Phones(Wireless) and Ear Phones .Here is my requirements

i have no idea in Audio , which one to pick in based on the specification .

the Purpose of Head Phones in room looking for WIRELESS under 5K with perfect base of watching movies on my PC

the Purpose of Ear Phones for my Mobile.

Taking your suggestions into consideration.

I have no idea about Wireless headphones.

I hope you mean the IEMs and not normal ear buds. Assuming IEMs, there are good recommendations by ALPHA17. There are typical under-1000 choices like EP-630, JVC Marshmallow, PL-11 / 21, PL-30 which are good for casual listening and are a good starting point in IEMs. Ear buds is a whole different story though!

Then depending on how much you want to spend, Multi-IEM Review - 184 IEMs compared (Unique Melody Miracle added 7/24) will guide you. Also, Concise Multi-IEM Comparison (Maike MK-EL5031 added, July 11th, 2011) could be helpful as well. That is why we need to start with

  • Budget - maximum and then the maximum you can stretch to
  • Musical tastes / Signature preferences
  • How important is isolation, comfort, build quality are to you? Would you be using it for hours together? Will you be using in noisy surroundings?
  • You want to buy in brick and mortar shops (physically) / online shops within India or eBay with local warranty / online shopping internationally with risk of needing to send abroad for RMA

Then we will make you stretch your budget by a few hundreds or thousands and make some recommendation :ashamed:

As i said before , have no idea which one to pick in based on the specification but i can give the some of the questions u have asked me

one more thing is i am looking for IEM's and Head Phones tooo (both)

i love and Die for Music mainly in Rap, Hip Hop,Swag and also kind of Light Music

I don't listen to rap, but I have a rough idea of your needs.

Brainwavz M2 is a decent choice for all that you have listed. Good bass, good mids - SQ wise they would satisfy you with the bass quantity and warm, pleasing sound. If you are able to wear them over the ear despite the long strain reliefs, comfort should not be a great issue. Right within budget too! But, I don't think it isolates too much.

MEElectronics CC51 isolates well for me and the small ceramic housings are comfortable too. Bass quantity is decent enough, though not great. Of late, they are my outside use IEMs because of the isolation, but price is outside your range and I don't think you need to stretch that much.

Your ideal IEM would be a cross between the two ;). Of the two, I'd think M2 is more suited for your budget and other requirements. If you want something cheaper, try PL-11.
