Budget 51-70k Need Help in Knowing which parts to buy

Hey guys my friend wants to upgrade to
13th gen i7
So need some suggestions for which
Motherboard, RAM and Cooler to pair it with Please.
Also should he go for 13700K or non K variant
Parts will be bought tomorrow.

Usage is gaming mostly
 
Depends on budget as well.

IMO for gaming, get Ryzen 7000, better future upgradability, lower investment on cooling & better gaming performance on something like 7800X3D (don't get 7950X3D for gaming).


If your friend is hell bent on Intel:
13700K + Z790 TUF will cost even more. Intel has better productivity performance for sure, but at the expense of power usage.
