Need help in Portforwarding.

Hi Guys. I desperately need help in portforwarding my modem - Nokia Seimens SL2_141 . I use BSNL 500 Combo (Night UL) Plan. My modem dont have straight option for portforwarding under modem settings. I'm planning to shift to Windows 7 completely. I used this method for portforwarding in Windows XP.

Start> Accessories> Communication>
Hyperterminal> New Connection> Any name and icon>
connecting using "TCP/IP(Winstock)",Host address as 192.168.1.1,Port as 23>
login and password as admin>
enter 6 for NAT> 3 for Virtual Server> 1 for add>
give any name> choose 0 for tcp/udp>
type utorrent port for the following four ports asked>
Give the internal IP address as ur computer's Ip address(192.168.1.x).Find it by Start -> Run -> type ipconfig>
now hit 4 and then 3 and then reboot by hitting 13.

I dont see any hyperterminal options in Windows 7. W/o portforwarding my speed sucks in torrents. I'm just new to Windows 7. Help me find a way :S.
