Couple of days back my bsnl broadband speeds dropped from 1.07 Mbps to 650 Kbps.
I am using a Teracom (Modem + Wifi Router) provided by BSNL. Following is the Teracom information.
System Information
Model Name T2-B-Gawv1.4U10Y-BI
Firmware Version 10.4.3.12.12
System Up time 01:49:12s
Can someone please exaplain me, what does the below data mean and whether these data from the Teracom justify a good connection.
Internet Connection
DSL Status Connected
Downstream Data Rate 2047 kbps
Upstream Data Rate 1020 kbps
Max Att Downstream Rate 14784 kbps
Max Att Upstream Rate 1300 kbps
SNR (Downstream) 30.35 dB
SNR (Upstream) 15.0 dB
Line Attentuation(Downstream) 34.5 dB
Line Attentuation(Upstream) 21.5 dB
Connected Standard ADSL2+
Cheers,
