PC Peripherals Need help on Chassis and CPU Air Cooler

I'll be buying a new rig in a week's time..

I wanted to know which out of these two is a good chassis: CM Haf 922 or NZXT tempest evo..

and also which is a good CPU Air cooler in market in both performance and budget wise (I'll be buying core i5 750 and overclocking it)

So guyz let me know..
