Monitors Need help on picking monitor

Hi... I am totally confused on buying a monitor.. Could you please suggest which of following:
- Doesn't gives eye strain
- Shows smooth text
- good in watching movies (even if you sit at slightly angled view)

Best models found so far:
- BENQ G2420H
- BENQ V2420
- Samsung P2370MS
- Samsung P2350
- DELL U2311

If anyone has any of above monitor, please share your experiences (pros/cons)

U2311 is quite popular but has no HDMI and 8ms Response time. Rest is all good with it... I a slightly more inclined towards G2420HD as it has amazing reviews where ever I see
