Need help on Upgrading

I Own a cyber Cafe and i am planning on upgrading it to a gaming cafe. I have 10 pcs with the following config

Asus M2avm Motherboard (Onboard radeon 1250X)
AMD 3600+ Dual core processor
160 Gb harddisk
1 Gb kingston ram (Should it be upgraded to 2gb)

Viewsonic 17inch LCD Monitor ( I have problems with 4 monitors so for, I have the contrast menu popping up automatically. Can anything be done. Can i get the service centre no of View sonic. i am from Chennai)

Now i am planning on upgrading the graphic card. Suggest me a low end graphic card. These Pc's will be used for games like Counter Strike,Warcraft III and World of Warcraft (I have high end Pcs for other games)

Thanks for the reply, I am looking for some graphic card that is less powerful and cheaper than that.My budget is 3500/Pc
