CPU/Mobo Need help regarding better motherboard for i5 2500K

Recently I have bought Gskill [Sniper] f3-12800cl9d-8GB sp2.
I want to buy INTEL Core i5 2500K.
Please suggest a motherboard within 13K. I have need only the following things.
1. O.C.
2. Lots of new features.
3. no need of SLI or Crossfire.
4. Nice Design.
One more things, if I choose P8Z68-V & Maximus IV GENE-Z, then which one is better.

^^ Get either of these --

ASUS P8P67 PRO-B3 ~ 12500/- OR

Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3 ~ 12000/-

Out of the above I would recommend ASUS from the point of view that it has implemented a good UEFI boot loader as compared to the rudimentary offering by the other brands. Although their [ASUS] after sales support leaves a lot to be desired, there the Gigabyte delivers a head-shot.

Between the P8Z68-V and Maximus IV Gene-Z, I would recommend the P8Z68-V if you just want to over-clock majorly and rest you are fine, but if you need to over-clock and want to game as well get the Maximus Gene-Z.

BTW ASUS P8Z68-V Pro also falls in ur budget, it cost ~ 12.8k now :) ... (Source: Primeabgb)

Thanks, but this mob has 3 pci express port, which will be not use at a time.
