I am considering going with
LUMINOUS Shakti Charge SC18060 Tall Tubular Inverter Battery (150AH) {Warranty: 36+24}
and
LUMINOUS 800 / 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter on Flipkart
Cost: 13.3K + 3.7K = 17K
For 2-3 fans and 2-3 9W LEDs
As per my calculations, I will get approx
(150×.8×12)÷(60×2+9×2)= 10 hours of backup
My query is:
Shall I go with the below battery and as there are frequent outages (almost daily 15-30 mins* 3-4 times and sometimes 9-12 hours once/twice a week) and also for the warranty being 60, compared to 36 for earlier.

and
LUMINOUS 850 / 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter
Cost: 18K + 4.6K = 22.6K
