Need Help regarding phone purchase from USA within-20k

Mmy bro is coming next month ( mid ) maybe.. so i am asking him to get a phone for me. My max budget is 20k.. Plz suggest which one should i go for.. and from where should i ask him to purchase,,, he is in pheonix,arizona right now...

right now i only have atrix in mind because of its awesome performance and specs.. but i am also ready to consider others also.. budget is strickly under or max 20k.
