Need help setting up CCTV storage and backup

Hi, I have CCTV cameras installed in 3 bordering cities. Now I want to install a system through which I can access and store the footage from one location. All the three locations have good network connections, NVR and the main location also has a server setup. No coming to the questions I have:

1. Is NAS the best way of going about this?
2. Do I need a separate system to manage NAS?
3. Where to get the hardware suggested near Delhi NCR? Any reliable retailer/reseller?
