So which EXX did you set without reading the data? If you already have set the EXX of the SIM, you do not need to read anymore values, just use the configuration mentioned in this thread, load the correct PRL and you should be good to go.

@mathewvp I have set it from the DFS tool but I don't now whether it's from RUIM or not. Even if I remove the RUIM from data card and try to read it's same value. So not sure whether it's correct data or not..
