Budget 31-40k Need help upgrading current PC

Hi all,
Please suggest me the components i can upgrade in my current PC so i can play the latest games like Battlefield 4, COD Ghosts and such. Thanks 6pack for moving this thread.

I think my main bottleneck here is the CPU. I could run games at low to medium settings till now, but now everything lags and frames. Please suggest me how i could get about upgrading this PC for a budget of 15-20k.

After researching and reading, I decided to go for this hardware.
CPU - AMD FX8320
MB - ASUS M5A970
Graphics - R9 270X
RAM - 4 GB 2133 or 8 GB 1600? will spending a little more on those 2133 mhz make a difference in frame rates? I was thinking of the 2133 rams because xbox one has 2133mhz rams. So, i was thinking i'll add 4GB now and 4 later. Also i would like to ask if the Coolermaster Extreme Plus 460W power the above setup, I also have a 500GB and 250GB hdds. If anyone has any idea of how big the size of Zebronics Antibiotic is.. will R9 270X fit inside it? Thanks in advance.

My suggestion:

FX 6300 (7500)
Gigabyte 970A DS3 (5500)
Kingston hyperX Blu 1600 MHz 4 GB (2400)
Sapphire R9 270x 2GB DDR5 OC (15800)
Seasonic S12II 520 W (5200)

total: 36,400

Your cabinet may not accommodate 270X though. It's 228mm long. you can measure the clearance in you cabinet.
