I am afraid but your TV doesn't have pins to support analog 5.1 inputs and your speaker system doesn't have optical out.

IMHO not possible.
 
can I use scarlet out to 3.5mm in adapter ?

speakers have 3 x 3.5mm jack and if something like this exist then please give me a link from where i can buy it
 
Bro you wont be able to get a true 5.1 effect , but you can get sound frm all 5 speakers by connecting a RCA TO 3.5 jack , with the RCA to your TV out/Music player out on the HT system and the 3.5 MM end to the Headphone jack on your TV (most 5.1 have extra RCA ports for this purpose and other end to your TV), else you can connect RCA to the L and R Audio of your TV , my philips 5.1 has an option of Virtual Surround and i get sound from all 5 speakers using this method.
