Graphic Cards Need Help want to RMA 5850 via international warranty

Hey guys a friend of mine got a Sapphire 5850 from USA, the cards is now giving some issues and i am looking to get it replaced is it possible to RMA from here????
 
Shoot a mail to Sapphire Customer Support US. Starchazer has sent a similar mail to them and they have responded positively by stating the card can be replaced from Aditya Infotech.

Although he has not had the chance to RMA the card to verify if this could be actually done.
