Need help with a budget PC / Assembling

One of my relatives need a budget pc. They are really tight on cash and have a very tight budget. They would like to have the desktop as cheap as possible. Usage would be office applications/ Accounting applications for at least 7-8 hours daily.

Also if you can recommend someone for AMC(hardware/software) in/around Pitampura Delhi.

And finally if anyone's willing to help with assembling; would be great. You will get snacks/lunch and for sure - blessings.

If budget permits go for 2GB RAM ~ 2.4k or AthlonII X2 240 ~ 2.8k. It will make the system much more snappier although this config should suffice for XP and ur needs.

If its going to be a Office PC then i would advice u get a cheap cabby w/o PSU for Rs.600-700 and a decent entry level PSU like the FSP SAGAII 350w ~ 1.5k/ Zebronics Pro 350w ~ 1.5k
