Need help with error in Mu-torrent

hello Te's..
I am facing this wierd problem with mu-torrent. Whenever i try to download a torrent, it begins to dload initially, but then i get this error mentioned in the screenshot below and the download stops.


Any idea as to why i am getting this error??? I cant put my files to download due to this error
 
^^go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools and click on "adjust indexing options" select modify and check the box of utorrent download folder to add it to exception list.

If the above doesn't work try adding utorrent to the trusted applications in KIS. Also go to preferences of utorrent and select the checkbox "append .!ut in incomplete files" under general tab.
 
@ vivacious... before tryng your method i tried to close the u-torrent in the taskbar but kept it running in the sidebar.. and since then i havent faced the issue.

I will still wait for a day before trying ur method. thanks for the help.
