hi guys.i have a faulted seagate freego agent for quite sometime.i decided to get it repaired before.but as i took it to nehru lace service centre they told me they cant accept it as the back sticker was faded and didn't showed s/n.they advised me to contact seagate and submit my problem with photo of back sticker to them.I had to come back.When i washed it slightly with soap and water the s/n is visible but with very difficulty but i also do have the original box of drive having sticker with s/n.so now i wanna know what i should do now?go again to service centre or contact seagate???hdd has warranty till 2014.
