What kind of noise? Fan spinning too fast? Or does it sound like the blades are loose or touching a wire?
If it is the second one, it is possible that dust is the culprit here. Try opening the fan from the shroud and you should see a sticker on one end of the center circular area. Gently peel the sticker and spray a little wd40 inside the hole. Put the sticker back and try testing the fan before reassembling it back to the GPU.

I had a inno3d card that made similar a noise. Turns out the bearings on the fans were coming lose in some way. Your best bet would be to get it checked out by a pro if the sound is too much and the fan wobbles.

If it is within warranty, your best bet would be to get in touch with their service center for RMA. Any kind of self repair attempt may void warranty, so best not to take a chance.
