Audio Need help with headphones..

Hey guys,
Ive selected Audio Technica ATH m35 headphones. I need help selecting the source of purchase as flipkart has it for Rs. 3840 and pristinenote for Rs. 4250.
Im afraid if the haedphones offered by flipkart are genuine r not..Also want the option COD which pristinenote doesnt offer..Ive put the links below plzz reply asap....thnxx

Try negotiating with Pristine note. He is a reputed seller seller here and offers good support, so the lack of COD option should not be a concern.
