Need help with ipod nano

My brother's new ipod nano has went kaput recently. When its switched ON, only the apple logo appears and doesnt go forward. He bought that from Thailand. His another ipod nano is completely dead. So please can anyone suggest a solution to make that working?? Can I give that for RMA in Indian service centers?? If its possible, please suggest me a Apple service centre at Bangalore.

Take it to Apple Imagine store in Forum Mall. Don't say that it's bought in Thailand etc. If it's under warranty, they might replace it.
