Need help making a PC for use with the above setup

Budget - 20-25K (without monitor)

Mostly will be used to watch TV , play games , internet .
a Graphics card will be a must have in the configuration.

2GB DDR2 800 Mhz -- 1.6

ATI Radeon 4670 -- 4.4k

DVDRW -- 1.1k

500GB WD -- 2.6k

CM Elite 341 -- 2k (small size factor cabinet)

Gigabye Superb 460W -- 2.4k

Logitech Combo -- 0.75k

APC 550 VA UPS -- 2k

will amd x2 240 enough to play some casual games at HD res(1920*1080) ?
also , will phenom 2 x2 550BE could do the above with HD 4850 ?
 
yea sure...X2 550 and 4850 can do well...but that will not be in ur specified budget. And if going for 550 and 4850, consider changing the PSU and cabby as well.

Cabby : CM Elite 334/335 - 2k.

PSU : Corsair 400/ Seasonic 380 -- 3.2k.
