Need help with Medal Of Honor 2010 bug

I began playing Medal of Honor yesterday after I got hold of the game. Everything worked perfectly until the mission where I play as an AFO and ride around in an ATV. The game freezes after I mount the ATV and I can't proceed ahead while my team mate "Dusty" goes off in the ATV. I can't dismount the ATV as well.
Is there some way to skip this checkpoint? Reloading and restarting and replaying the mission causes me to get stuck at this point everytime.

Same thing happened with me. I jumped on the ATV and got stuck up there and the darn checkpoint popped up at the same time. The solution is to reload the whole chapter, at least that worked in my case.

well that didn't work here! i played the entire mission 3 times.

Dam that sucks. I suppose even another persons game save won't help. It saves as per checkpoint and am not sure if it allows you to load from a specific part of the chapter. I'll pass on my save file if you want. See if that helps.

If does not works start with different mission after that from the save

The retail version? Steam version? Other "less reputable" versions do not have this bug, passed it without a hitch.

Well the version I have was ACQUIRED. what a lousy game!
