Need Help with MSI 3650 - problem of frame skips while gaming

Hey guys I am currently using a AMD 64x2 6000+ and my GPU is MSI 3650, I am having problem with frame skips and frame rate drop while playing games the games i played was Grid, COD4, Dirt it happens quite regularly. Plz help me and thank in advance
 
Hey dragon i did try reducing the resolution and graphical settings still it has the same problem is it a virus or is it my GPU or processor having a problem?????
 
Hey guys regarding this issue i made a video plz do help me the link can be found below, and also there is a noise distortion when this happens and checked the task manager and the process which is being used takes the maximum CPU usage( for example i tried playing Quake 3 with some songs running in the back ground and when the game started lagging i checked the task manager and found that windows media player was taking up all the CPU usage).
