I need some help with my old pc which is Intel Core i5-4590s, 12 GB RAM, 450 Watt Deepcool 80+ Bronze Psu.
My concern is which GPU will best for this system ? (Budget Max 9K)

If you wanna go second hand, something like the 1060 or rx580 would be the max you could go without serious bottleneck.

Anything more power hungry than a 1060 , would suggest you upgrade the power supply as well.

As suggested by other GTX 1060 is a good option. Other few options would be GTX 1660 / 1660 Ti / 1660 Super. The latter being slightly newer.
