Need help with photoshop

hi there
i am preparing a report on leonardo da vinci and so i have to prepare the title page with the following image i have posted

the problem is that in the image i cant remove the words "His machines".and it would be even better if you could just put the words "His Hidden Art" there.:huh: i do not have any photoshiop skills so please do help me if you can.the link is given below for the image.
